Professional Interests/Specialties

My work with clients is respectful of values, spiritual beliefs, culture, personality and emotional style. I believe that there is an innate desire for wholeness. As we transition through life, thinking and behavior patterns that were once effective can become barriers to living full and authentic lives.

I use an integrated approach incorporating attachment theory, trauma recovery, parts work and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy models suited to the client's individual strengths, needs, and personality. I have extensive experience in working with healing trauma and addictions (substance and behavioral), grief and loss, life transitions, and the aging process.
