Professional Interests/Specialties
In my work, I focus on creating a safe relationship within which to explore the individual’s concerns, integrating a variety of treatment strategies to promote emotional well-being. As an adjunct to talk therapy, I offer my clients of all ages the option of using Sandtray Therapy as a means for expressing and healing painful emotions and conflicts which are not easily expressed in words. I provide play therapy for children. I also employ mind-body strategies when appropriate.
